Reservation
When booking please complete this reservation form and either submit this online or submit this online or return by post/fax to Topkon Congress Services İstanbul, not later than April 1, 2008. Requests will be accepted thereafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. After this deadline, bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card, and an extra handling fee of 20 EUR will be charged.

Payment Policy
To guarantee your reservation a deposit of 200 EUR per room for the hotel of your choice for whole duration of your stay is required. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer to our account in Isbank Selamicesme Branch or provide a credit card that we shall debit from. Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Full payment has to be made to Topkon Congress Services by April1, 2008. Do not send any payment to the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel deposits less a processing fee of EUR 30 will be refunded provided a written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services before April 1, 2008. For the cancellations between April 1 - June 1, 2008, full refund less one night fee will be provided. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after June 1, 2008.
